System - Core Design Scriptegrator plugin was created by Wienm

Hello
On an existing website since 4 Years, I updated fr. CB. 1.7 to 1.9. In that moment the message --Please install and enable Core Design Scriptegrator plugin.-- is displayed on all pages. !?
We have reached last year 4,2 Mio pageimpressions. Its a pitty every day now to present this. The plugin "System - Core Design Scriptegrator plugin " is installed and enabled.
I have only one message read in this forum to this problem, which is not my problem. If I disabled login from CB, the error message was not seen. Now in the morning the error-message is again present.
Only two updates have been done this day with CB 1.7 ubdate: Joomla from 2.25 to 2.28 - and K2 update to 2.6.8.
Also - jvFixScript - donot help.
What to do now? Please help
