Access Levels

Super User is the only level that has access to the back end. Administrator has access only to Community Buider and Paid Subscriptions? Has this changed in Joomla? Administrator used to have access to the full back end? We don't want to make several people super users?

We changed the permissions. It's a lot more modular now. Navigate to the management pages and give permissions via the Permissions button on top right of the toolbar to whatever usergroups you like.

I changed everything to "allowed" and still when I sign in as an "administrator" I have access to only Community Builder and Paid Subscriptions in the back end?

Seams to be working perfectly fine for my administrator user. Below is example configuration that gives them full access to tab management.

I have done that and tested and still see only the community builder and paid subscriptions menu across the top. Have to be a super user to see all headers

I'm reaching those pages using our admin module. Does your administrator not see the menu items from our dropdown or just doesn't see them from Components > Community Builder? On a clean Joomla install you shouldn't have any of these permissions issues, but if you moved usergroups around and changed core permissions you might have a permissions issue somewhere else. The below is default administrator permissions for core Joomla.
