You mean display the users field values in a module or Joomla article? Yes, that's doable using CB Content Module for a substitution supported custom html module or CB Content Bot for substitution support in Joomla articles. If you mean to just list all the available values then no, you'd need to add those manually to wherever you want them displayed.
