CB 2.0 for production

Hi Kyle,

Can I use CB 2.0 on production server? I am using CB 1.9.1 and want to try CB 2.0 if it is production ready.

Few months back I found that hikashop CB plugin was not compatible with CB 2.0. Not sure about current status and how hika is planning or planned CB 2.0 comptaible plugin. Probably I need to check on hika forum.

Yes, CB 2.0.8 is latest stable release with most of our plugins upgraded for CB 2.x. Only 2 plugins that don't have stable upgrade releases are CB Activity (currently released as 3.0.0 RC1 rewrite) and GJ. See the below table for compatibility.

As for 3rd part plugins I can't advise anything as we're not their developer.

I am using GJ plugin(2.6.1) with 1.9.1. Now when I upgrade to CB 2.0 then my existing GJ plugin will work with 2.0 ? Since new GJ version is not stable hence I wanted to check that whether my existing verison plugin will work or not with new CB 2.0.

I understand your point related with 3rd party addon as it is totally in control of Hika. I will check with them. Hopefully they have the updated version as per CB 2.0.

GJ will continue to work, but if you're using GJ Events you need to fixed build below as there's a jQuery bug in it.
