6 users complete but in the result message are only 1 user

6 users complete but in the result message are only 1 user was created by view2lord
hello,

i have two lists of users in one list are 1 user in the next list 5 users = 6 users complete
but in the result message are only 1 user.

where is my mistake please?

by the way: is it possible to change the place of the result message please?

Your users need to be approved, confirmed, and enabled for them to display on a userlist unless you configure your userlist to display users that are not approved, confirmed, or are blocked. Check your users state within CB > User Management. Also ensure users are registering strictly through CB and not Joomla. Do not use Joomla user manager to create users as it causes CB to go out of sync and you'll need to run the Synchronize Users tool in CB > Tools.

hello,

what is the difference between joomla user manager and CB user manager please?
i mean where can i handle this matter in the backand to get only the CB user manager please.

Joomla User Manager only handles users in the Joomla user table.
CB User Manager handles both.

If you create or delete users using the Joomla user manager you will end up with missing (or left over) data in CB tables.

You should only use CB User Manager.

If you do you will not have this issue.

I do not think you can turn it off.

Just do not use the Joomla -> Users -> User manager
