Well this is embarrassing :blush: , I knew that the delete button had to be there, for some reason it was gone for a few days and now it came back :huh:. I need a vacation!
If you logged in as an Administrator instead of Super Users it'd explain why it was gone as by default only Super Users can delete plugins.
