[SOLVED] cb_antispam captcha does not show in registration form

Hi,
my cb_antispam is only working with ReCaptcha in Registration form, but not with "questions" or "code" (which both don't show at all).

System:
Joomla 3.4, lates Community Builder, CB_Antispam 2.0, Template "venice" from yootheme.com

What can I do?

Enable debug mode and maximum error reporting in Joomla global configuration and see if any errors output. The internal captcha modes call a raw endpoint to output the image data, but if you've something echoing during this process it'll break the image output. A buffer clear fix has been implemented in the nightly release found below, which might help solve your issue if there is a echo interrupting it.

Hi,

in debug there is this error:

Could this be the cause for not showing captcha (Bug is now only in registration).

No, that's just the query debug output at the bottom of the page. Errors would be more a the top of the page or inline with content. Have you upgraded to the latest nightly to see if it resolves your issue?

Hi,

the nightly build was installed without any errors.
The debug-modul shows no errors at top or inside the page.
The antispam captchas work both in password- and username-reminder, but not in registration form.
Could it be that it has to do with the ordering or something like that?


(I used a really old cb-installation to upgrade to cb 2.0 and there are some fields, which or no longer used. I unpublished them, but didn't delete them yet.)

The internal mode is displaying fine on the forgot login page, but not registration? Does the preview in backend display the internal mode fine? If it's just registration being affected then it's likely something hiding the field or something breaking its image source (SEF maybe?). Ensure CB AntiSpam is public and published within CB > Plugin Management.
