The internal mode is displaying fine on the forgot login page, but not registration? Does the preview in backend display the internal mode fine?
> yes, exactly. See here
www.impro-theater.de/index.php/component/comprofiler/lostpassword

If it's just registration being affected then it's likely something hiding the field or something breaking its image source (SEF maybe?).
> The field is publish in the registration, but't doesn't show at all.
I turned SEF off in joomla configuration with no positiv effect. (now turned it on again)

Ensure CB AntiSpam is public and published within CB > Plugin Management.
> CB AntiSpam nightly build is online, published and public

It just doesn't show here:
www.impro-theater.de/index.php/component/comprofiler/registers

What else could hide the antispan captcha?

It's not rendering in the DOM at all. The registration display is entirely based off the Field display and access. The display looks correct in the screenshots though. Edit the captcha field within CB > Field Management then within Parameters > Captcha set "Mode" to "Default" so it'll use the default global capcha mode. If it's set to reCaptcha for example, but reCaptcha isn't configured it won't display.

If still not displaying check if you've any form of caching enabled. If you do disable it and purge it then see if it'll display.

Edit the captcha field within CB > Field Management then within Parameters > Captcha set "Mode" to "Default" so it'll use the default global capcha mode. If it's set to reCaptcha for example, but reCaptcha isn't configured it won't display.
> I did that. My Standard Captcha is ReCaptcha and it is working fine within Kunena.
But it's not showing within the registration form.

If still not displaying check if you've any form of caching enabled. If you do disable it and purge it then see if it'll display.
> Done that, too. Without effect. (You can try, everything left in the condition you asked me to.)

New ideas?

No idea, please PM backend super administrator login credentials and will take a look. I'm unable to confirm your issue locally. Something is removing the captcha field from the fields objects array before parsing for registration inputs entirely for some reason.

Have reviewed your install and you've made everyone (including public users) a CB Moderator by setting "Moderators View Access Level" within CB > Configuration > Moderation to "Public". This is extremely dangerous as everyone has full moderator access. The reason why captcha isn't show on registration is because it's ignored for moderators, but when everyone is a moderator it has no use. For your safety I've went ahead and changed this to "Special", which has fixed your captcha field not displaying on registration. Please be careful with access permission parameters.
