Hi
It is my first year with CB and I've been struggling to get the cron job to work properly to send out the renewal due messages.
I now have to trigger it each time from the cron job link in CB, the problem is that it triggers ALL the renewal messages going back to the beginning of the year and all the welcome messages that should have gone out months ago. It is starting to really annoy people. Please can you give me any indication what I can do to either purge the old cron jobs and how to possibly get this to work on its own without having to fiddle with it constantly.
If you've year old expirations then there's nothing you can do to stop that unless you remove all the email configurations from your plans. If you want to stop your mailer from processing on old expirations then you need to adjust the "But do not send message if it's later than" parameter for your mailers. As for CRON you should contact your host to have them help you set it up as we can't help you with that.
