In which file can I adjust the head section of the emails that are being sent by auto actions (I want to add some styling)? Also can the addition of a Heading field in the auto action email be a feature request? I think it should be fairly easy to implement and will provide a lot of benefits.
Supply the full HTML structure for the email body and it'll be used instead of the default. This lets you put the entire structure however you want, including the header. No need for an extra parameter.
