Help- Installed CB GroupJive on Joomla 3.4.1

I make mistakes. I'm human so I'm not exempt from them. I'm working as quickly as I can get these upgrades out. I didn't think the plugin upgrades would take this long, but they have. Regardless every plugin has been improved quite substantially so it hasn't been for nothing that's for sure.

Right now I'm working on a new CB Auto Actions release as there's a lot of pressure for CB Activity to start logging activity again, which CB Auto Actions will be doing. Its new release should be out this week if there's no unforeseen delays. The only thing left on it is implementing the default actions, which I've already got a good bit implemented since last week.

Once that's done it's back to CB Activity and focusing on RC3 for the final feature implementations. Once RC3 has had some testing it'll go Stable and can focus on GJ finally.

With that said GJ still works with the GJ Events fixed build. I'm not entirely sure what's expected of the next GJ release, but it's going to be a bug fix and compatibility release mostly. I'm not planning to add any new features to it that aren't already done. In short everything marked 2.8.0 should be in next release, but I'll know more specifically when I re-evaluate the list. It needs a good bit of optimization work and bug fixes so I've no idea how long that'll take, but hopefully not long.

I had a look at the incubator...looks as if you have your work cut out for you. I am hoping that you will include a way to disable displaying the own groups tab and the new group buttons if the user is not authorized to create groups.

As eager as I might be for the GJ upgrade, I hope everyone will remember to be kind. There aren't too many developers that support as well as Joomopolis does.

While we're on the topic, I think I heard a rumor about CB offering a proprietary forum as a potential replacement for Kunena. Is that correct?

CB Forums will eventually get an Internal model, yes. I doubt it's going to compete with a full blown forum extension, but it should be an acceptable alternative at the least. Won't know until I start implementing it, which won't be for awhile as I need to finish CB Activity and upgrade GJ.
