Sign up link missing

Need Help. I am a newbie using CB 2.0.9 and Joomla 3.4.1 My sign up link is missing from the CB Login Form. It was there, I don’t know what happened, but now it’s gone.

2 things I can think of:

1. The relevant parameter is turned off in your CB Login module.

2. You have turned off CB Registration altogether (from your CB COnfiguratin -> Registration tab).

I don't see a problem with either. Although, I could not find a perimeter setting in the CB logon module. The C B registration is also published and the user setting is set for same as CBS (allow registration). I'm completely lost with this. Sorry, but you will need to walk me through anything that I need to do, or if you'd like I can make the site accessible to you as it is in the early stages of development.
