Please just start a new support thread here on the Professional support forums.
There is no advantage to using the ticket system which we are pahsing out (and 3/6 month members do not have access to it anyway - that is why you are seeing the message).
So just start a new thread in this forum area - if we need aceess credentials we will request them in a private message.
