I would like to show the field i the field is 1 or if it's a moderator.
So I've created a field, in CB Conditional I've created two terms:
But I don't see the field appear on all the list.
It respects it in the list sorting.

Conditions are not OR or AND. They're independent of one another. The last condition applied to the field will be the only condition that matters. In your case the view access level condition is the only one applying. There is currently no OR or AND usage implemented, but it's planned.
