Hi,

I use the Substitution [username] in an email response.
Everything works fine, but the name of the user was not shown.

For any help: Thanks!

Substitutions are based off what user object the trigger contains. What trigger are you acting on?

No user object exists on that trigger. What specifically are you trying to do? Substitutions won't work there as there's no user to substitute from. If you're trying to send an email after a user logs in you'd use the onAfterLogin trigger.

Thanks. After trying different triggers it works now.
I use german and the translation was not very good.

Hope you do not mind, for my questions.
