my I ask you to get in touch with your collegue in Service-Deparment - to save time.
Since 8 days I have no solvent answer to my ticket, in which I described the situation. If I touch plugin, there comes the error message - often discussed here in forum with other clients.
I understand that fast growing business can empower weak points in the organisation.
Your collegue waste my time, and yours.
I told you before, some month ago that I take of my hat for your excellent marketing. Now you reach the peak - solve it, or you loose clients, first me.
(We prapare the new site for our visitors in new clothings and functions - I willnot jump into the risc to loose our 5. 2 mio visitors last year - altern.....

I've replied to your ticket. The issue is you're being too vague with what your problem is. We can not review an install without fully understanding the problem as we do not have the time to run around someones entire site trying to hunt down an issue. We need clear instruction to duplicate what you're experiencing. As the credentials you provided did not work I was unable to review your install regardless.

Your screenshot doesn't provide anything to explain your CB Activity issue. The CB Activity error in your ticket is due to a function call to get an endpoint URL, which that error only happens when CB Activity is unpublished and you're trying to view its edit plugin page. This has also been fixed for RC3.

Your other error isn't associated with CB at all, but a 3rd party plugin that we can't help you with and you need to contact the developer of for support regarding it.

You can reply to the ticket with the necessary information or reply here and PM the login credentials for me to investigate further, but I can not investigate on the only information being "it doesn't work".

a) this function call is activated, when you activate the plugin and click on the plugin button
b) as mentioned, RC3 is still installed. With 2.4.3+e02d5e13b there have not been this error and could configure, use plugin and tab

With CB Activity 3.0.0 RC2 installed and published you won't have this error. It's caused by the function that returns the clean up URL (which does nothing right now). I've no idea how you're having any of those issues in your ticket. I've tested 2 installs with 1 being a fresh install and still can't duplicate beyond the error due to CB Activity being unpublished.

The login credentials you provided in your ticket do not work. I can not investigate further until you reply to the ticket with working super administrator login credentials or PM the credentials to me here. I have nothing more to suggest without looking at your install directly.

Have reviewed your install. Your CB Activity issue is due to the Access Level you gave the plugin. The Access Level was not accessible by your Super Users. I reset it back to Public and it's working fine now. Please note plugin access level should rarely be used, but instead tab/field access used instead. I've fixed it so this can't happen again for next release, but please be careful with plugin access levels.
