Hi,
I would like to connect the author of an article in a Member CB profile

There was author cb plug but I can not download (maybe not compatible with CB 2)
extensions.joomla.org/extensions/extension/extension-specific/community-builder-extensions/cb-author-plug
Have you (or you are going to do) an equivalent plugin?

You'll need CB Author Bot. It's available for download in the free downloads section.
