Add search and filter to manage connections?

Hi,

It is really needed for a user to be able to search and filter his own connections. For example, on my personal account, I have around 100 people displayed for my connections. However, they are completely unorganized because they are listed based on date. So I am unable to find someone based on name. Also, there are many people who have not confirmed my connection request, and they are all mixed in together. We need to be able to filter out unconfirmed connections. We also need to be able to search for a connection based on name, like Facebook. It would also be good if we can filter based on connection type. Could you all add this feature?

There will be search once we redesign connections. The entire connections process, display, etc.. is planned for a full rewrite. I just don't know when exactly.
