How to make required fields for some plans and not for others

I have multiple plans that require different required fields between them. Currently I have relevant fields showing up on the appropriate registration forms but they are still shown in the users profile so it forces me to fill out those fields even when it doesn't pertain to them. How can I fix this?

You need to use CBSubs Fields Tabs Protection to protect fields and tabs in profile edit and profile view. The workflows configuration only protects registration display of fields.

I noticed that I have the CBSubs Fields Tabs Protect plugin but not CBSubs Fields Integration Plugin. Where can I download that? I saw it as part of a package but I feel like that package is old and I don't want to download older plugins than the ones I have now.

CBSubs Fields Integration plugin is included with the CBSubs package. In the latest package it's "cbplug_int_cbsubscbfield-4.0.0.zip".
