[SOLVED] Adding New User in Backend was created by cagoffice
I have a test plan that is $0.25 so that I can test the credit card part of our gateway. I don't have this plan published on our site/registration so I tried to add a user on the backend and checked off this plan, but I get an error notice.

How can I add people on the backend with the plans that I don't want published?

Is the plan a parent plan with child plans? If the child plans are marked exclusive, but are not accessible you'll get that issue as exclusive basically means mandatory. The below plan setup can cause this.

Parent Plan 1 - Non-Exclusive
- Child Plan 1 - Exclusive
- Child Plan 2 - Exclusive
- Child Plan 3 - Exclusive

If you select the parent plan without a child plan or the child plans are not available you'll get that error.

If you don't want a plan available on frontend ensure it's set to allow registrations, allow upgrades, and be public access. Then on the access tab just toggle it to be a backend only plan.

It's not a parent plan with child plans and I thought I had all my settings correct. I attached screen shots. Please let me know where I'm going wrong.

Set your plan to allow upgrades and registrations on the workflows tab.

See the parameters just below those toggles. You've set upgrades to only be visible if being accessed by URL. Same for registrations.
