CB Subs Expiration Date Question was created by cjmicro
CB 1.9.1
cbsubs 3.0
joomla 3.4.1

I had to import a large list of members with expiration dates. The plans are annual and run from July 1 - July 1

My CBSubs plan is set up
"This Calendar Year"
Start Date 07-01
Renewal starts at expiration date or payment date, whichever happens last

What expiration date/time should I set all the current memberships for
I thought 06-30-2015 but it seems like if they renew today, (their expiration is 6/30) that it only renews for 2015, and should be new expiration of 2016.

Please help! I posted in CBsubs but no replies after 4 days, i hope it is ok to post here and get some help.

Replied by krileon on topic CB Subs Expiration Date Question
This is a known issue that is fixed in latest CBSubs 4.x release. It's due to the server timezone offset throwing off the calculation. There is no fix for this on CB 1.x or CBSubs 3.x as it required a complete rewrite of all the date functionality in CBSubs. Only workaround I believe is to ensure your site is configured to run in UTC and not allow any timezone offsets.
