When users create events, they are not visible to others. Where do they appear?

They display in the group under the events tab. If they're not displaying then the events are probably unpublished. If you've event approval enabled then the group owner, group administrator, group moderator, or CB moderator needs to approve it.

I can see them but in that tab. How/where do others indicate they attend?

If you're the owner of the event you'll always see it. You need to make sure the event is actually published though (check backend to be absolutely sure). Other users can attend by joining the group and clicking the attend button. Users that are not a part of the group can not attend the event.

If I choose groupjive events as a CB Plugin Menu item, the page does not display any published events even though they are published.

Other functionality appears to be working fine where I can attend the event and see the event item under the recent activity list.

Any ideas why I cant see any events?

What do you mean by can't see any events? Are you logged in as a user that isn't the owner of the event? Have you joined the group? If you're logged in and joined the group then you'll see the event under the Events tab in the group and be able to attend it. If public events display is enabled you'll be able to see it without joining the group, but you can't attend it. If no one but the owner can see it then the group is not published. Ensure the GJ Events integration within CB > Plugin Management is public and published. Check the GJ Events configuration within GJ > Configuration > Integrations > Events as well as by editing your group and checking its parameters under the Events tab.
