Changing renewal dates was created by jross
Hello, can you advise how to change the renewal dates as shown in the attached screenshot?

At present the Renew Now tag shows 1 July 2014 - 30 June 2015. It should show 1 July 2015 - 30 June 2016.

Thanks in advance.

You don't change them. They're automatically calculated based off the current expiration/subscription date and the plan duration. Edit your plan within CBSubs > Plans and ensure under the Pricing tab that it's set to extend correctly. Please also ensure you're using latest nightly CB and CBSubs releases as CBSubs has had many fixes for "by calendar" date calculations that could cause this issue.

Hi, thanks for the response.

The Subscription date for this user is now 01/7/2014.
The Last renewal date is 01/7/2014.
Expiration date is 30/6/2015.
The Regular Validity duration is set to This and next Calendar Year and 07-01 as the starting date.

I've set Manual renewal extends expiration date as follows to ‘Renewal extends expiration date (without gap or overlap)’.

It's a club based membership who's calendar year runs from 1st July to 30th June. I've tried to follow the CB Subs manual but can not seem to get this to work, no matter what variations and options I try.

Can you provide further advise as to how I fix this please?

I believe this has been fixed in the latest CB 2.0.9 / CBSubs 4.0 stable releases.

Hi, just letting you know, I have downloaded and installed both CB and CB Subs latest overnight releases. It doesn't make any difference I'm afraid.
Any other ideas?

Actually, it is actually picking up the period of This Calendar Year and the Next.ie 1/7/2014 - 30/6/2015 and then
1/7/2015 - 30/6/2016

So it displays a period of 2 years.ie, Renew now 1 July, 2014 to 30th June 2016.

How do I limit it to read just the period for the next calendar year of 1/7/2015 - 30/6/2016??

Is it a configuration issue on my part of a bug on your part?
Can you go into the backend if I PM the login details and have a look?
