I can't get Captcha to work properly and I can't open a ticket for support though I have a professional membership

Hello,

I am using Community Builder since yesterday and have purchased a paid membership this morning. One of the add-ons I installed after upgrading my membership is AntiSpam.

But I can't get the Captcha-option to work properly. There is no Captcha showing, not even in the preview at the back-end. I have tried all three types (question, code and ReCaptcha) but nothing is showing. Captha is enabled and was working properly before installing Community Builder and still does outside Community Builder.

And why is the Joomlapolis-site sometimes saying I don't have a paid membership while I do? I can now download add-ons and plug-ins and have an email from PayPal en Joomlapolis that the payment and subscription were successful.

Using:
Joomla 3.4.1
- with PHP 5.6.10
Community Builder 2.0.9

Ensure CB AntiSpam within CB > Plugin Management is public and published. CB AntiSpam captcha is for CB only. It does not add captcha outside of CB. For captcha on registration and/or profile edit you need to set the captcha field in CB > Field Management to display on registration and/or profile edit.

For reCaptcha you need to configure your reCaptcha keys within CB AntiSpam > Parameters > Captcha > Modes > reCaptcha. CB AntiSpam uses reCaptcha v2. If you're trying to use old keys you're likely trying to use v1 keys, which will not work and will need to generate v2 keys from reCaptcha.
