I found this thread whilst trying to figure out why I was getting a blank page after saving a user edit. I installed the auto action plugin yesterday when I upgraded from 1.9 to 2.0.9

If I disable auto actions the problem goes away, so it seems there is still a problem with this plugin.

You need to install CB 2.x nightly for latest CB Auto Actions.
