Hellow!

1. How i can make rating of user, which include points of progress field, points of vote rating, making by another users (like-dislike), points - number of writing articles by this user and points by comments, made on profile by another users?
2. If i can - how i can make search, sorts by this rating?

Don't understand what you're asking. The rating fieldtype is just a simple rating star system. You click the star and it's stored as a numerical value which totals with the other ratings to create an average. It has nothing to do with points, commenting, or anything of the sort.

2. If i can - how i can make search, sorts by this rating?

Sorting has to be hardcoded into your userlist order the Sorting tab while editing your userlist within CB > List Management. It can not condition the sorting based off the search criteria.

No, progress field is calculated so you can not sort, filter, or search by it.
