Please update to latest CB Auto Actions 6.3.1. Based off the parameters under the Parameters tab you're install is out of date. You said clicking "Click to Execute" causes it to work? If after upgrading your issue persists please PM backend super administrator login credentials and will take a look as if direct execution works so should the trigger.

After the update to CB Auto Actions 6.3.1, it is still no running. Now during the Click to Execute, I am getting the following error:
"The requested page can't be found.
An error has occurred while processing your request.
You may not be able to visit this page because of:
an out-of-date bookmark/favourite
a mistyped address
a search engine that has an out-of-date listing for this site
you have no access to this page
Home Page
If difficulties persist, please contact the System Administrator of this site and report the error below.
This will fix the namespace issue then see if issue persists.

I updated and I did not get the previous error any more. The Auto actions still did not work. When clicked to execute manually, it logged me out for a couple of tims. Once I got back into teh Administrator Portal and clicked on CB Administrator Menu, it logged me out a couple more times. Logged back in and clicked the execute, and it sent me to this blank page:
