If you want to add a menu item, that only lists the groups where the user is member of,
open the menu you want to add the item.
New item
Give the item a name
Select the menu typ - sytemlink - extern link
Insert "http://YOURSITENAME/cb-groupjive/pluginclass.html?plugin=cbgroupjive&action=panel&func=groups"
Set to public
Save
External URLs or using GJ > Menus to force generation of a menu item is the only solution at this time. I've already started the GJ upgrade (this will take awhile, it's a ton of code), which will support our new Plugin menutype so this won't be an issue for next release as you'll be able to create normal Joomla internal menu items to GJ.
