That's Query Validation. That's to validate a fields value using a custom database query. You need to create a new field with the fieldtype "Query Drop Down (Single Select)" as the tutorial instructs. Please review the below tutorial carefully.

I set the Country field and the imported table in the database, the field is displayed both in the form.
But , I have the following error message when I want to use this field Country .
That's a validation error. Did you enable query validation under Integrations > CB Query Field while editing your field? If so disable it as you don't need query validation for your usage.
