[SOLVED] Text substitution in logon screen was created by quartz

We have a problem text substitutions - see attached image.
CB 2.0.10
Joomla 3.4.2

Support at CB Subs suggested I upgrade to 2.0.11, but it does not seem to have been released so I cannot do this.

What is going wrong?

Looks like you've an old CB login module installed. Please re-install CB 2.0.10. Do not unpackage it. Install it as a single package. It should automatically upgrade your existing CB login modules. If issue persists after install then check your installed CB login module within Joomlas extension manager to ensure it's CB 2.0.10.

I had just installed the 2.0.10 version.
I tried installing again, but have also been trying to update CBSubs, and that has boken the site - internal server error 500.

I will email Joomlapolis support about that issue.

Posting feedback here for others reading.

The PHP file upload size parameter was set to 2M.

This means that the CB 2.0+ package could not be uploaded in order to get installed.

So I am guessing that whatever installation took place was at best incomplete.
