editor ACL not respected in profile editing

I set the access level for the editor plugins tiny and code mirror to a special front end user group. But still users that are only in registered can choose them in profile edit. Bug?

How would I disable that field all together? It is not listed in the fields table.

That's the frontend editor param provided by Joomla. CB has no control over the options available in it. We just grab it from Joomla and display it. You can hide that field by editing the params field in CB > Field Management then select what params you want hidden with "Hide Parameters" under "Parameters" tab.
