I'am testing my Joomla! (3.4.3) website local with WampServer (Apache 2.2.22/PHP 5.3.13) on Windows 8.1. I updated CB to version 2.0.10 and added the plugin CB Connect 6.0.4.
When I try to open the CB Connect plugin I get the following error:
Hybridauth Library needs the CURL PHP extension.
I have activated the php extension php_curl and restarted the services with the same result: Hybridauth Library needs the CURL PHP extension.
Do I need to activate other PHP extension as well?

From the CB 2.0.10 download description page:
Technical Requirements:
Joomla 3.3++/2.5+, PHP 5.3.3+, MYSQL 5.1+, cURL must be enabled (including curl_multi_exec).

I was able to download a fixed compiled version that worked.
So case solved and closed.
