The first 5 minutes of an activity or comment there'a wront time: instead of "5 minutes ago" there's "in 5 minutes" and then there's a countdown until "in less than 1 minute". After all is ok and then there's "5 minutes ago".
How to change that?
CB Activity stores in UTC and displays as offset. What is your Joomla timezone offset set to or your user timezone offset set to?

The timeago uses the JS library Moment. It uses your devices local time to determine the offset. I'm guessing whatever browser that came with your tablet isn't very compatible with this usage. Try using Chrome or FireFox on your table to see if it's accurate.
