Make sure you installed the event package. Also, check that it is enabled. Then, it will show as one of the options.

There is no menu item to GJ Events. Creating one to the plugin won't do anything as it has no code to handle that. If the plugin is not available from the dropdown then it's not installed, but regardless it doesn't matter as you can not navigate to GJ Events like that. It's a GJ integration that adds features to a Group, it does nothing on its own. With the rewrite underway I maybe able to add endpoints for such displays.
