A registered user can not login. was created by FGSimonis
A registered user can not login.
He tried it serveral times. Now he recieved the message that he is not allowed to login.
The same message has been sent to him, when he has asked for a new password.

My question is: Where can I reset this, so that he can login again?

If they are blocked or banned somehow, you can go to the USERS menu in Cb and change that.

Just open user manager, look for their name and see if they are enabled, banned etc.

Navigate to CB > User Management and ensure under Enabled is a green checkmark. If not they have been blocked and won't be able to login. Toggle it back to green checkmark by clicking the red X. This should allow them to login again. Do not use Joomla > User Manager as it causes CB to go out of sync.

In CB > User Management everything is fine.
I didn't use Joomla > User Manager.

I also checked the whole database for that user. Nothing is different to other users.

Navigate to System > Global Configuration > Permissions and ensure the users usergroup has permission for "Site Login".
