Is it possible to call via a cron task the synchronization users ?

No, you should not have to run user synchronization on a regular basis. If you are then your users are registering and logging in incorrectly.

CB only supports its own registration. I don't know what else to advise. Regularly running user synchronization is not an acceptable solution. There are no plans to allow this to be ran on frontend or by any other means than the Tools usage. User synchronization will completely bypass confirmation, approval, and CB registration validation entirely. It's original intend is to port Joomla users to CB when CB is installed after the site has an already established Joomla userbase.
