[SOLVED] Quick question regarding the CB profile page

Thanks for responding. I've got the code exactly as you pasted above in template.css for my template (I think you had set the z index to 6, but I've set it back to 7 as above). It works fine in IE, but not in Chrome/Firefox for some reason - however, I'm guessing this may just be an issue with my browser(s) if it is working for fine for you at this point on Chrome, etc. . .

Apologies for sounding vague on the "via link" part - what I meant was that I initially had it set up so that there was a "Call me" line displayed instead of the image, and one could click that text to initiate the video call. For some reason, it worked fine across all browsers with that text, but not with the image. Wierd!

Checked your install and the CSS isn't loaded. Are you sure it was added to the correct file? Maybe some sort of caching from your Joomla template is causing it to take awhile to update? Should work fine if added to the bottom of the below file.

Added it to that file, but still no dice - but good idea - I did not think of adding it to the exact "style" template file. But, still seems not to work (at least not on Chrome/Firefox). . .

I've no idea then. If it's loaded it should work and works when directly added to the file in the developer console. My guess is some sort of caching bug with the template. Try adding it to the bottom of CBs template just to see what happens.

Interesting again Kyle! I added it there, and it now shows up in a slightly different position than before - right "beside" the "online" icon actually which is probably where it was supposed to show in the first place (until now it was showing up at the top right hand corner of the online icon).

Not sure about the caching part. I've already disabled page cache based upon what you said earlier in the thread - all thats enabled is the "conservative" caching option . . .

Yes, it's suppose to show directly to the right of the online icon. You can edit the CSS and use left/right/top/bottom styles to position it as needed.

My guess for it not working in your Joomla template is either wrong location or most likely the template has its own caching/compression usage that's causing the change to take awhile to show up.
