[SOLVED] Groupjive and Kunena 4 (Internal server error)

9 years 3 months ago - 9 years 3 months ago #268155 by Joepvdsteen
Seems I can't post inside the forums which are created by GroupJive. When I press publish I get:

"500 Internal Setver Error
Fatal Error was detected!
Please contact the site owner."

Same error if I post directly inside the forum.

Strangly enough the post shows up in the forum and in the GroupJive

But if I click on it, I get the same 500 error

As I'm not an expert, I was wondering if this could be something related to CB/GroupJive/Kunena integration or it is something on the providers end ? Or just simply something I did wrong ?

Thanks
Joep

GJ Forums has no posting features. It just displays a preview of forum entries from Kunena. The actual posting it self is done in Kunena. So I've no idea where you're trying to submit a post from as it has no HTML form to do that.

Turn on Joomla debug to maximum level and see if more useful message pops up.

Also check your server error log.
