Hi
My joomla is registered with [REMOVED] and my super admin is registered with [REMOVED]. I send emails from both mails to my gmail ([REMOVED] and they both worked. I also checked my spamfolder to find my register email from my joomla site and it was not there.

Are you sure there isn´t any settings on my joomla site that could cause this issue?
Am I the only one with this issue?

You need to contact your host. It sounds like an issue at the mailserver. They will need to check outbound mailserver logs to see why your emails aren't sending. If they've absolutely no log or record of the emails even attempting to send then it could be an issue in Joomla or CB, but not likely as other domains are receiving emails fine.
