CB Order History Plugin not compatible with V4.0.1

CB Order History Plugin not compatible with V4.0.1 was created by quartz

I have installed V 4.0.1 of CBSubs, but have a concern about the Order History plugin.
It does not appear in the download file, and the installed version number does not exist (see attached image).
Am I missing something - such as a separate download or that this plugin is no longer available?

The History functionality in CBSubs is built into the main CBSubs plugin.
There is no separate CB plugin for this.

What you are seeing is something else you installed - most likely not from Joomlapolis.
