[SOLVED] Users Autoaction was created by fribse2011
Hi Guys

I have a 'users' autoaction set up to run monthly.
If I test it by clicking on it, I get a page of all the users and their evaluation of each rule.
If I run it via cron, I get my webpage shown as a result, is that correct, or is something wrong going on?

Best regards
Fribse

The URL parameters are probably being ignored. You'll need to contact your host on the best way to setup the CRON for that URL. I'm not familiar enough with CRON or your hosts server to make any sort of suggestion, sorry.

Ok, so the proper output is a list of users an an evaluation og each?

It's the same URL that I should put in the CRON, that is in the auto-action plugin, right? The 'Click to Process' that is.

I have quite a few CRON jobs set up, and I can't figure out why that one should fail, it's a CPanel based host, and the command line looks like this:
/usr/bin/wget -O - -q -t 1 " my.site.com/index.php?option=com_comprofiler&view=pluginclass&plugin=cbautoactions&action=users&token=somethingelse&Itemid=2178&format=raw "

Best regards

Yes, the click to process URL is what you'd use. It should output an empty page. Ensure the menu item with the URLs Itemid (217) is public and published as maybe it's being blocked by Joomla menu access. Also ensure the plugin CB Auto Actions it self is public. Logout then try to access the URL directly, which should give you an idea of what CRON would be seeing. Aside from that I don't know as I'm not familiar enough with CRON.

Ahaa, that I didn't know. The ItemID for the com_comprofiler has to be public.
That gives me a challenge as the menu is built to only show this for registered members.
So I've created a menu item in the CB_Menu with the com_comprofiler with another ID, that is public.
The 'Click here to process' sadly doesn't change the ID, but if I replace the ID in the URL manually, then it seems to work. I'm going to update the CRON and see.
