You want to them to have to re-visit the first time login redirect on login? Only way to do that is set the lastvisitDate within _users back to 0000-00-00 00:00:00. That will trigger the first login redirect again. An alternative is putting something together using CB Auto Actions either by doing a date comparison or creating a field to keep track of who has been redirected.
