I would like to know if it is possible to create links to go directly to the live relation list and another to show directly the activity stream .

Create a Joomla menu item to Community Builder > Userlist to link directly to a userlist. To link to CB Activity create a Joomla menu item to Community Builder > Plugin then select CB Activity in the Plugin dropdown.

Yes, that's possible. You need to create a Joomla menu item with the Type set to Community Builder > Plugin. Next select CB Activity as the Plugin from the dropdown.

I bypassed the problem by using the module and control CBACTIVITY {loadposition ...} in an article.

You don't need to do that. Just create a menu link directly to CB Activity plugin it self. Please see the below screenshots.
