User Management search error

User Management search error was created by quartz
I am concerned about the search function not working correctly.
When I filter for people with "Complimentary" subscriptions, I get one person with an "Ordinary" subscription. (see attached screenshot).
Edit: The user Patsy was initially signed up to a complimentary plan, but was subsequently changed to Ordinary, and the Complimentary plan deleted from her profile.

The subscription isn't deleted from their profile when they upgrade. It's status is just changed to upgrade. You should be able to see this in CBSubs > Subscriptions and because you didn't select a Status (input to the right of the Plan) it will show everyone that has or ever has had the plan selected.

As I said, the Complimentary plan was deleted (manually) from Patsy's profile.
So why do they still show up in the Complimentary list?

Check within CBSubs > Subscriptions and see if that user has another row for that plan. Also ensure you've latest nightly CB and CBSubs releases as there was initially a few issues with that filtering.
