9 years 2 months ago - 9 years 2 months ago #268842 by Strategisto2da
Hi

I installed "cb191-qs-pro_14-10-08" into my CB 1.9.1 installation.

But I am have one significant problem - my registration forms keep failing saying "invalid security code".

I unpublished captcha in "tab management" but nobody can register for a new membership!

Here is the page: pulsefirearmstraining.com/index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=pluginclass&plugin=cbpaidsubscriptions&do=displayplans&plans=41

Help !

We do not support CB 1.x anymore, but your issue could be caused by either CB Captcha or CB AntiSpam. Disable both and see if issue persists. If it does check Extensions > Plugin Manager for any Joomla captcha extensions and disable them.
