acl on tabs was created by arerkelens
Hi,

I need to put information on a tab in the profile that cannot be seen by other users except assigned groups. Only the logged in user and designated groups should see the information on that specific tab. I can't get it to work properly.
Can anybody help me out? SO far, i can exclude or include groups but not excusively for the involved member

thanks,
René

The view access level for tabs is strictly for that view access level. Meaning if the profile owner doesn't have that view access level they won't see it either. You'll need to install and enable CB Privacy then edit your tab in CB > Tab Management. Under Integrations > CB Privacy set "Display" to "Forced privacy control" and then select your view access level for "Default". Privacy controls always allow profile owner and moderators to have access so it should give you the desired result.
