I have a registration page for CB. The link is index.php/cb-profile/registers
The only objects that show after loading the page is some text and the Submit button. Only after I reload (F5) the page the fields of the registration form show up.
I tried this with several browsers but with the same result.
Switch to default Joomla template and see if issue persists. Some 3rd party templates have component ajax loading. It's purely for visuals and doesn't do anything functional beyond that, but it can break.

Edit your template and see if it has some sort of ajax component loading feature you can turn off. You can also try contacting the developer of the template to see if they've anything to suggest.

I'm not sure if I understand what you mean with ajax component but I know I'm using CB Core fields Ajax in the registration form for validating the existence of e-mail adresses. As far as I know i don't use any components with Ajax functionality.
In your Joomla template see if there's a feature that changes component loading behavior. It's sometimes called ajax component loading, fancy component loading, etc.. You'd need to contact the developer of your template for further details though.
