In GV , I want to use WYSIWYG editors to allow rich formatting, but these give access to the list of articles, page break, Read more ... I do not will wish that users have access to that.
How can I do to not display these buttons?

GJ just renders the editor. It doesn't decide what features the editor provides as that's up to the editor. Specifically you're seeing the editor buttons, which can be disabled or their access changed by adjusting their plugins within Extensions > Plugin Manager. You could also use something like JCE to provide a more customized editor for your users.
