You won't see any text input or cursor if it's the same color as the background of the input. It could also be font-size set to 0 or line-height set to 0 as those can sometimes cause this. Regardless it's an issue with the template that the template provider needs to fix and we can't suggest anything regarding CSS issues without a URL to the problem directly.
