Hello,
I would like to know if there is a plugin that allows to upload an image in a publication CBACTIVITY without removing the picture link ?

You can not upload directly to CB Activity at this time. You can install CB Auto Actions, CB Gallery, then upload a photo to CB Gallery and it should show up on the activity stream though.
